RETURN POLICY

Winni Made accepts returns within 14 days on non-personalized items or items damaged during shipping.  Personalization of colors or text are considered final upon order receipt by Winni Made. No unauthorized returns will be accepted.  Please inspect all items at time of delivery.

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt at kelly@winnimade.com If you are able to include pictures, please do.

Return shipping costs is the responsibility of the Customer.  Please package your item in the packaging it was received and mail to us at:

SHIPPING

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is FREE to all contiguous US States, regardless of order size.  That’s a great value, particularly on large items!  

I don't live in the contiguous US Sates.  Can you ship to other locations?

Winni Made can ship to International Location as a custom order provided that our shipping providers deliver to your location and there are no known issues or restrictions with your destination.  Please contact us at Kelly@Winnimade.com for custom orders. 

How long will it take to complete my order? 

Orders typically ship in 10-14 days.  Shipping times will vary depending on product, personalization, time of year, etc.  If you need to receive the item by a specific date, please contact us at Kelly@Winnimade.com for rush processing options.   Rush shipping cost will vary depending on item, personalization, time of year, etc.

Can you ship to PO Boxes?

No.  We need a physical address to ship your awesome sign. 

How can I check my order status? 

During production, you can email us at Kelly@winnimade.com.   We typical responded within 24 hours with an update.   After your item as shipped, please follow the tracking information provided with your shipping confirmation.

May I pick up rather than ship my order? 

Yes.  Winni Made has partnered with New Leaf in Laconia New Hampshire.  If you prefer to pick up your order, please let us know when you order.  We will let you know via email when you order is ready for pick up. 

ISSUE WITH MY ORDER

I need to cancel/change my order.

If you need to change something with your order, please contact us at kelly@winnimade.com within 48 hours of placing order to.  After 48 hours, we will do our best to accommodate your change requests, however changes may not be possible.    

My sign does not look like the photo on the website? 

Every sign we make is made to order on rustic barn wood.  Due to variations in the wood, each sign will vary may include knots, checks, bark or other imperfections, so each sign we make is a unique.  Colors may also vary depending on lighting, digital display, etc.  If your item is not customized, you may return you item in accordance with our return policy.

Will I receive a digital proof of my order? 

We will provide a digital mock up on request for custom orders.

USE AND MATERIALS

 What kind of wood do you use?

All of our signs are made from locally sourced, rough sawn barn board, harvested and milled in New Hampshire. 

 What kind of paint do you use?

We use a variety of water based paint types including latex, chalk and milk paint.

Can I hang my sign outdoors? 

All of our products are treated with a matte clear coat appropriate for indoor use.  For an additional fee, signs can be finished with a marine grade exterior clear coat appropriate for outdoor application.  Winni Made, highly recommends that the exterior clear coat be reapplied yearly to extend the life of the sign. 

How do we hang our sign? 
Winni Made signs come with an attached heavy duty sawtooth hangers on the back of the sign.  The sign should be hung on a appropriately anchored hook, fixed to a stud or solid backing material.  Consult with your local contractor to ensure appropriate attachment.   If you have additional installation questions, please reach out to us at kelly@winnimade.com
